Silver — Website
1–3 business days
From content handoff to launch. Includes one round of revisions during build.
Bronze — Website + Ad Setup
3–5 business days
Site build plus full Meta Business Manager, pixel, and campaign structure setup.
Gold — Google + Meta Ads
5–7 business days
Full setup plus first campaigns live. Ongoing optimization begins in week 3.
Diamond — Full Scale
7–10 business days
Complete Google + Meta build-out, Google Business Profile, analytics, and reporting.
Timelines start once we receive your content (logo, photos, copy notes) and initial payment. Rush delivery is available — ask us.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
If we haven't delivered the first design milestone within 30 days of payment and you're not satisfied, you're eligible for a full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred (domain, ad spend, premium assets).
Revisions, Not Refunds
Once the first design milestone is approved, we move into revisions rather than refunds. Bronze and above include unlimited website revisions to make sure you love the final product.
Ad Spend Is Separate
Money you put into Google or Meta as ad spend goes directly to the platforms and is non-refundable by us. Our management fee covers strategy, setup, and optimization — not media cost.
Cancel Any Time
Monthly management is month-to-month. Cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No long-term contracts.
